Sharon Liu joined Stanislawski & Harrison’s Business Management Department as a manager in 2011. Prior to joining Stanislawski & Harrison, she was the Director of Financial Reporting at a thriving technology company and an audit manager at Deloitte. During her six years with Deloitte, Sharon gained extensive experience with middle-market and large privately held and SEC registered companies in consumer products, retail, and oil and gas. She has special expertise in complex inventory issues, mergers and acquisitions, stock-based compensation, and internal control and accounting process assessment as required by the Sarbanes Oxley Act.
Sharon approaches her work with a “client first” attitude. Drawing from her extensive experience in public accounting and serving a wide variety of clients, Sharon takes a proactive approach in creating value for her clients’ businesses and enhancing their accounting processes. Sharon strives to build trust in her client relationships by providing prompt responses, approaching issues with an analytical framework, and providing creative solutions.
